Rheinmetall Land Forces Symposium 2016


The 5th Rheinmetall Land Forces Symposium 2016 is an independent platform for discussion, networking and disseminating information for companies and customers from the world of armed forces and law enforcement. At the Land Forces Symposium 2016 Rheinmetall presented a broad range of ammunition, field equipment and weapon systems as well as new weapon technologies, underlined by live demonstrations.
This year’s topic “Mounted and Dismounted Warfare” reflects the need for scaled escalation of force to fulfil the three essential core tasks – collective defence, crisis management and cooperative security. The unchanged emergence of terrorist and similar asymmetric as well as the new arise of symmetric threats calls for a robust but flexible response.
Rheinmetall provides solutions to these challenges in cooperation with other leading contractors.
